I'm having a knifemaking workshop at my place, specifically aimed at probationary members who would like to share skills, knowledge and some social interaction with established members. A number of makers have expressed interest in attending as instructors, and we would like to see as many probationary members as possible attend this weekend so that they feel welcome in the Guild and comfortable in approaching other members if they need to do so. At this stage the number of attendees are limited by space, so priority would be given to probationary members who are interested.
